Billing & Insurance

We accept all primary and secondary insurances. We participate with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Michigan Medicaid, Wisconsin Medicaid, UPHP, Wausau, Tricare, and Preferred One.

In some instances, a deposit may be required prior to a procedure due to deductibles not being met, or a higher co pay balance owed by the patient. We also offer payment plans to suit individual needs.

We do accept MasterCard and VISA payments in the office, over the phone, and on the monthly statements.
